Here is a summary of the benefits offered to eligible employees at Oncology Alliance. Employees must work at least 24 hours per week to be eligible.

Medical
A comprehensive medical and prescription drug plan is offered through United HealthCare (UHC). Participation includes automatic enrollment in UHC’s wellness program.

Dental
100% preventative care and coverage for restorative and orthodontia services are provided through Delta Dental.

Vision
Reduced cost for yearly examinations, as well as allowance for eyeglass lens and frames or contact-lenses is available with this voluntary option.

Flexible Spending – Section 125
There is a $5000 maximum election available for both Medical Flexible Spending Account and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account.

Deductible Reimbursement Programs – Section 105
Section 105 – Health Reimbursement Arrangement provides reimbursement for a large portion of the employee’s deductible costs. Participants of the health insurance are automatically enrolled in this program. This benefit is at no cost to the employee.

Life Insurance
Term life insurance in the amount of one times salary is provided at no cost to the employee. Additional voluntary coverage may also be purchased for the associate and eligible dependents at special group rates.

Short Term Disability
Our voluntary Short Term Disability benefit provides replacement income in the event of a qualified illness or injury.

Long Term Disability
All qualifying employees receive Long Term Disability benefits at no cost to the employee. An ancillary benefit of automatic enrollment in a travel assistance program is offered through this provider as well.

Sam’s Club
This voluntary benefit provides a discounted rate for a Sam’s Club Membership.

Retirement – 401(k) Plan
Diversified funds are available for employees to defer a portion of their paycheck into for retirement purposes. Oncology Alliance does match a portion of the employee’s deferment. A six year, graded vesting period applies.

Paid Time Off
PTO is accrued each pay period and is earned based on hours worked and years of service.

Holiday Pay
Paid for 64 hours/year

Direct Deposit Payroll

Tuition Reimbursement
All full-time employees are eligible to receive reimbursement up to $2500 for a portion of their continuing education costs through an accredited program that either offers growth in an area related to their current position or might lead to promotional opportunities.

Continuing Educational Allowances for RNs
Every Oncology Alliance RN is eligible to receive educational allowances including paid educational days to attend conferences as well as monetary reimbursement for programs, membership dues and license fees.

Continuing Educational Allowances for Non-Physician Providers
Every Oncology Alliance NP or PA is eligible to received educational allowances including paid educational days to attend conferences as well as monetary reimbursement for programs, membership dues and license fees.

Continuing Educational Allowances for MT/MLT
Every Oncology Alliance Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technologist is eligible to received educational allowances including paid educational days to attend conferences as well as monetary reimbursement for programs, membership dues and license fees.

Employee Assistance Programs
Oncology Alliance offers a comprehensive EAP benefit that includes interdisciplinary services such as financial advisors, counselors, and nurses.
